Repeat Performance in Rockville, has a lot of discount costumes, wigs, and other things you can use to put together a costume. I even got my make-up and dance shoes there. My daughter gets her ballet clothes too.
They're on Nicholson lane (5050). They've been there for over 30 years. 301-881-0800
