Among the big changes coming this year to the Chevy Chase Pavilion is a change in property manager.

Clarion Partners LLC, owner of the Chevy Chase Pavilion, recently selected Cassidy Turley to manage the pavilion—an 894,921-square-foot, mixed-use development at 5335 Wisconsin Ave. NW, Washington, D.C. (at the intersection of Western and Wisconsin avenues).

Cassidy Turley is a leading commercial real estate services provider, according to its website.

"We are thrilled that Clarion Partners has entrusted us with the management of this world-class asset," said Bill Grillo, senior managing director with Cassidy Turley, in a statement published in The Wall Street Journal's Market Watch.

"There are many exciting things taking place at Chevy Chase Pavilion, including a $32 million renovation of the retail atrium, the addition of several new retail tenants and the complete renovation of the parking garage. We look forward to enhancing the value of the property, including both tenant and customer experiences with our best-in-class property management services," he added.

The Chevy Chase Pavilion was renovated in 2011 and received a Silver LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification. The pavilion is currently being renovated again, and the renovation will likely be completed in the fall.

New tenants at the pavilion this year will include:

• Range, a restaurant owned by Top Chef contestant Bryan Voltaggio.
• A three-level, 21,704-square-foot H&M store.
• The Civil Lounge, a 5,466-square-foot, small-plate eatery and cigar lounge from W. Curtis Draper Tobacconist.
