The influential Marylanders were honored on Thursday evening, March 21, at the Grand Lodge in Cockeysville.
Other influential Marylanders honored with Graham were Ray Lewis of the NFL Baltimore Ravens and trial attorney Peter Angelos, majority owner of the Baltimore Orioles, Pepco media relations manager Bob Hainey reported in a statement.
