If not, feast your eyes on the cool new design elements the seafood eatery is bringing to Bethesda Row.
The restaurant was designed by Bethesda-based firm Streetsense, which converted the 388-square-foot space formerly occupied by chocolate shop Cacao into a "beach shack chic" casual carry-out shop complete with antique buoys and driftwood collected from New England shores.
The transformation took about three months, with a goal of having the shop open in time for the summer season, according to a press release.
"The nautical accessories are highlighted as whimsical focal points while doubling as a disguise for all the necessary back-of-house essentials,” Sumaya Kaufman, Streetsense lead designer and project manager, said in a statement.
The seafood eatery opened its doors on Bethesda Lane Thursday, serving up favorites including Maine-style seafood rolls and clam chowder.

As an Orthodox Jewish Boy raised in Boston, although surrounded by Lobster Eateries; I did not eat my first piece of Lobster until my early Thirties. I have been over-compensating ever since. Humbly I now know a good piece of "traif" Lobster when I taste it. I heartity recommend the Lobster Roll at Bethesda's LUKE"S LOBSTER. Although somewhat pricy at $15.00 (USD), it is such a bargain. BTW, you can get a glass of water for free.
