The Bethesda-Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce was on hand Tuesday to help cut the ribbon on Bethesda's new California Tortilla.
The shop opened last week with a new look and a new location, and long lines formed outside Tuesday as CalTort offered free burritos to celebrate.
