Readers' Choice: Kids' Haircuts
Patch asks you: Where's the best place in the area for a kid to get a haircut?
When it comes time for junior to get a hair cut, where do you go? Is there one hair salon or barbershop that does kids' haircuts better than anywhere else?

(So far, we've looked at favorite workout spots, favorite Chinese restaurants and favorite places to celebrate St. Patrick's Day.)

We have been taking our kids to Hannah's Barbershop on Norfolk Ave in Bethesda for years. Hannah and Jennie have been great with both my daughter and son.

Ditto on Hannah's. My husband and 7 y.o. son go all the time. She's efficient, inexpensive and a very nice lady to boot:-)

Our children love the Yellow Balloon in the Kentlands - movies, popcorn, lollipops, fun decor and of course, balloons!

We love Salon Familia in Chevy Chase. Rose Marie is great with kids. It's family friendly without being overwhelming like Cartoon Cuts.

Surprised we missed it but how about Seven Locks Barber Shop in Potomac?! I've been going there for years and Bill (owner/manager) has turned into a fairly well-known guy in the area. He's quite the character.

Nick at Bradleys is a Bethesda institution! Friendly atmosphere, great cuts, reasonable prices. Great location too, can shop at Strosniders, pick up pharmacy needs and grab an AWESOME doughnut at the little bakery next door. Oh, let's not forget Bruce's Variety!
