Bethesda and much of the Washington Metropolitan region was hit with several inches of snow starting late Thursday morning, and flurries continued much of the day. Around town, drivers were taking extra care behind the wheel, and many schools canceled after-school activities. While it came with its share of headaches, having a white dusting on the ground might just help some of us get in the holiday spirit. Patch stopped by Bethesda Row to snap a few photos.
