VIDEO: Women on Mentoring

Wednesday, students at Bethesda's Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart got the chance to hear from a panel of "remarkable women" organized by First Lady Michelle Obama. The women included actress Geena Davis, A&E Network CEO Abbe Raven,  Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater artistic director Judith Jamison, and  Alfre Woodard, an actress and founder of Artists for a New South Africa.

The presentations were part of a series of events in which 20 accomplished women spoke to students Wednesday at schools around the Washington, D.C. region, furthering the First Lady's emphasis on mentoring. Patch stopped by.
