I would rather you concentrate on news about Havre de Grace than stories, however entreating, than these.

That was rather arrogant and egocentric...

I like getting the Havre de Grace Patch, not the Eldersburg Patch...and I appreciate news about Havre de Grace on the Havre de Grace Patch. I don't think that's being egocentric. I didn't insist on news about myself. If I want news about other places I have many other sources that give me a broad view of what's happening. The Havre de Grace Patch should concentrate on news pertinent to the city of Havre de Grace.

I just realized that the email version that I received today IS the Eldersburg Patch, and not the Havre de Grace Patch. I don't know why I received it. I have signed up to receive only the HdG Patch.??? Can anyone explain why this happened?

Very confusing. When I go back to look at my email inbox, there is the HdG Patch, but when I make comments, they go to the Eldersburg Patch???

Ellen, um, every single story headline AND short blurb mentions the place involved in the story. Every one.

Joe, um, the news I have subscribed to is called the Havre de Grace Patch. I can read. Can you? I just want news about Havre de Grace from my Havre de Grace Patch. I can get news about other places some other way. Whether it's good or bad news, that's okay. I use the mobile feature of the Patch primarily and it only contains maybe three or four headlines. I don't want to see one of those few stories taken up by news from somewhere else. Thank you for responding, Bruce. Tell me, is the Patch going to be "cross-posting" on the weekends regularly?

We periodically cross-post articles that we think are of interest to readers—breaking news, big news stories, subjects that are of wider interest.

Nice try, Bruce, but you'll never be able to explain successfully to Ellen.
I saw all this on Towson Patch. I get it! She doesn't.

Hey Ellen, since you speak about being so great at reading, when the headline says “Patch brings you weird news headlines from AROUND Maryland” that means you should not click on it if you only want your local news.

I know it is hard, but stop complaining for one second. I think you should direct all your anger to your husband and kids like usual, but they have probably learned to tune you out by now.

I just wanted to see a pic of the ax-wielding roomate from Dundalk. I don't know what everyone else is fussing about.
