January was a slow month, residential housing market-wise, for Chevy Chase, MD.
Only seven residential properties sold in the second half of January (Jan. 16 through 31) in Chevy Chase, MD (ZIP 20815): five condominium apartments and two houses.
Of the seven, the most expensive was a $1.8 million house on Highland Drive, in the Town of Somerset. The cheapest—and, at $268 per square foot, the best deal—was a one-bedroom condo at 4242 East-West Highway. No multi-million-dollar houses sold.
