Ghosal Appointed to Board of the Maryland Asian-Pacific American Bar Association; Co-Chair of the Judicial Selections Committee

Bason Appointed as U.S. Bankruptcy Judge

Press, Potter & Dozier, LLC  congratulates Neil Bason, the son of our colleague, George Bason, a former U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Columbia, on his appointment as the U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California. To our knowledge, there are no other instances of father-son Bankruptcy Judges in the history of that position.
