If you've ever tossed and turned and done battle with your pillow until 3 or 4 a.m., you will definitely want to attend this important presentation by leading sleep expert Richard Waldhorn, MD.
Dr. Waldhorn specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep problems—including jet lag, sleep apnea and insomia—and has lectured and published extensively on the subject. He is a clinical professor of medicine in the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine at Georgetown University School of Medicine and former chief of medicine at Georgetown.
This event will be held on the evening of Wednesday, Oct. 10, at 7:30 p.m. at the Chevy Chase Village Hall, 5906 Connecticut Ave., Chevy Chase. It is part of an on-going series of periodic health lectures sponsored by Chevy Chase At Home and is free and open to the public.
