What does May bring? Spring, camping, vacations, and—oh yeah—the welcoming of Mental Health Month. In order to promote mental wellness and stress free living, we are culminating the observance with “My Mental Health Day,” on Saturday, May 26. But this doesn’t keep us from celebrating mental wellness all month and all year long.
It is important to continually recognize that we all need a little time for ourselves and to remember that it is important to engage in the activities that promote mental well-being. When’s the last time you took a day for yourself? It’s time to give yourself permission to relax. Take a breather, smile and enjoy something you love.
