Glen Echo Children's Theater Camp is held at the Washington Waldorf School in Bethesda daily Monday- Friday from 9am- 3pm. Each 2 week session ends with a performance the final day for friends and family. Aftercare is available for an additional charge.
Past plays have included classics such as Gilbert & Sullivan, Broadway Junior, Shakespeare, and original scripts by local playwrights. All plays are musicals. Every camper will receive a part. Each play usually runs about an hour.
$625/2 week session. Ages 6-15
Our staff has decades of experience in theater and many hold teaching degrees. We look forward to sharing our love of the theater with your children!

More About Washington Waldorf School
The Washington Waldorf School is a private, co-educational school that serves students from preschool through grade 12. Like other Waldorf schools, it follows an educational model first inspired by Rudolf Steiner, an acclaimed German author and teacher. The school moved to its current location on Sangamore Road in Bethesda in 1981 but dates back to 1969.
