 fficials and the community to help dedicate their new mosaic mural.&nbsp
 \;&nbsp\; The celebration will includerefreshments. To celebrate their 2
 0th year\, the Friends commissioned the nonprofit organization\, &ldquo\
 ;Arts on the Block&rdquo\; to design and execute a glass mosaic mural fo
 r the main floor of the Library. This special project designed and creat
 ed by Montgomery County High School students is an enhancement to the bu
 ilding and made possible through Friends memberships and donations.
