Join us for an awesome Arctic Adventure exploring a super-secret playground, hidden at the very bottom of the world. Be there as playful, multi-talented penguins join their friends at the South Pole! The Tiny Tots program is designed for our youngest theater patrons, ages 0-4. The lights stay on, the doors stay open, and everyone has a great time! Show Time: 10 AM. Tickets are $5, and all individuals must have a ticket, including babes-in-arms. Running time: 30 min. Reservations strongly recommended. More About Spanish Ballroom at Glen Echo Park
Inspired by Spanish mission architecture, the Spanish Ballroom at Glen Echo Park is equipped with 7,500 square feet of dance floor. This Mediterranean-style Art Deco building was restored in 1933 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
In addition, the ballroom is utilized as a venue for wedding receptions, large corporate gatherings, bar/bat mitzvahs, private dance parties and other events. The Ballroom is available to rent year-round, but peak rental times are from April through June and September through October because because the venue is neither heated nor air conditioned.
