Saphire is a Bethesda bar and cafe located on Wisconsin Avenue. It offers beer and cocktails as well as a large dinner and bar food menu. The menu includes many different kinds of dishes from fajitas to burgers. Saphire hosts a weekly triva game where burgers are 1/2 priced. It also provides free wireless internet.
