DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the TJ-JL Foundation\, Inc. Since 2004\, we have b
 een holding a golf tournament to raise money and awareness to combat dia
 betes.&nbsp\; After the incredible success of the tournament\, a charita
 ble foundation came to life.&nbsp\; In our seventh year we were proud to
  become a 501(c)3 tax entity.&nbsp\; In addition\, we have the honor to 
 add an Ambassador to our foundation for the 2012 year.&nbsp\; We are del
 ighted to announce Jake Giulieri\, an amazing young man diagnosed with t
 ype 1 diabetes in 2011.&nbsp\; Your support allows diabetes programs to 
 continue to educate\, assist and provide resources to local communities
