Annual Winter Wonderland Fest Set For Dec. 2, 3

Annual winter celebration will once again feature music performance, ice sculpting, and an appearance by Mr. Claus.

The has announced that Bethesda's annual Winter Wonderland festival will be returning to town Dec. 2 and 3.

Once again this year the family-friendly fest will feature live holiday music, ice sculpting demonstrations, and an appearance by Mr. Claus himself.

The fun will start at 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, when the American University Gospel Choir and a cappella groups Capital Blend, The Capital Hearings, Vox Pop DC will give a free winter performance at

Then, from 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3 in Bethesda's Veteran's Park, enjoy live ice sculpting demonstrations and choral performances by groups from the Academy of the Holy Cross, Garrett Park Elementary School, Our Lady of Lourdes, Seneca Valley High School and Watkins Mill High School.
