It’s outdoor movie season in Bethesda! The is hosting outdoor movies this week at the corner of Norfolk and Auburn Avenues in the Woodmont Triangle.
Grab your friends, family and a few lawn chairs and enjoy a mix of new releases, action, comedy, musical and classic films.
The movies will be screened at 9 p.m. each night through Saturday. Here’s what’s on tap:
- Tuesday: Stand By Me
- Wednesday: Vertigo
- Thursday: The Muppets
- Friday: Crazy, Stupid, Love
- Saturday: Hugo
BUP will also be providing a limited number of chairs.
The fun’s not over after this week, though. Every Tuesday in August, check out a movie screened outside on Bethesda Lane, organized by Federal Realty. This year’s selections are 1980s classics:
- August 7: The Breakfast Club
- August 14: Ghostbusters
- August 21: Pretty In Pink
- August 28: Dirty Dancing
Movies start at dusk.
