At the corner of Norfolk and Cordell avenues, the building going up—which, when completed, will feature rooftop restaurant Roof Bethesda—already has most of its walls...and some of its roof.

When Patch stopped by on Monday morning, most of the building's envelope already was completed, sans a few windows. The rooftop terrace and interiors still appear to be in progress.

Signs outside the building state that it will be completed in "early 2013" and will contain 10,000 square feet. The sign adds that there is "up to 4,000 square feet of prime 1st floor retail space remaining."

In addition to the rooftop restaurant, there will be a Baskin Robbins and a Dunkin' Donuts, according to signs around the property.
