The Bethesda Fine Arts Festival will feature 140 artists from across the country who will display their work along Norfolk, Auburn and Del Ray Avenues in Bethesda’s Woodmont Triangle. Over 20,000 are expected over the course of the weekend. The event is organized by the Bethesda Urban Partnership and the Bethesda Arts and Entertainment District.
