CINE, the 53-year-old film and television competition and education non-profit, screens its top wining student films in 4 categories.  These are Departure of Love, (animation from Ringling College of Art and Design); Sacramento-A Family Fable (comedy, UCLA);  The Time Machine (documentary, School of Visual Arts) and Counting Backwards (drama, UCLA)
