Labyrinth Walk

On Sunday, October 9, the public is invited to participate in a labyrinth walk from 7 to 8:30 pm. at River Road Unitarian Universalist Congregation (RRUUC). Participants can arrive at any point during that time period. This will be a walking meditation on a 24-foot canvas and it will take place in the congregation's Fireside Room. There will be instruction provided for those who need it and a wooden "lap labyrinth" will be available for people who do not want to walk. The labyrinth walk is intended to give a sense of renewal and peace to those who take part.

This  labyrinth experience is part of the Congregation's series called " Second Sunday at 7" and includes silent reflection, meditation, and music.  Joy Rains, a graduate of Shalem Institute, will lead the group. The public is welcome, it is not necessary to register, and there is no charge. For more information, call 301-229-0400. RRUUC is located at 6301 River Road, Bethesda, Md., 20817. www.rruuc.org
