Photo Slam: Award Winning Images by Carroll, Borek, & Porter at Glen Echo Park

Photoworks at Glen Echo Park presents Photo Slam: Award-Winning Images by Stephen Carrol, Michael Borek, and Victoria Porter. A unique fusion of Photography and Poetry, the First Annual PhotoSlam Competition was held in 2010 at DC's own Busboys and Poets.  Both the crowd and the celebrity panel of judges chose these three photographers as the "best of the best."  Their prize?  A gallery show at Photoworks Gallery during FotoWeek DC 2011!  You won't want to miss these visual, visceral and poetic images.
