TTR Sotheby’s International Realty Acquires Burr Residential Properties’ Sales Division
Principal Corey Burr joins the region's fastest growing luxury real estate brokerage as Senior Vice President.
Mark Lowham, Managing Partner of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, today announced that the firm has acquired the sales division of Burr Residential Properties, the venerable, 45-year old real estate brokerage in Chevy Chase, Maryland.
Corey Burr will join TTR Sotheby’s International Realty as a Senior Vice President. Burr and his associates will work from TTR Sotheby’s International Realty’s Chevy Chase office at 5454 Wisconsin Avenue.

Founded as Burr, Morris & Pardoe in 1968 by Peter S. Burr, William R. Morris, Jr. and Charles E. Pardoe, Burr Residential Properties is recognized as one of the longest-standing, family-owned brokerage firms in the region. The firm has developed a loyal clientele, particularly in the close-in markets of Chevy Chase,Bethesda and Northwest Washington. Peter Burr made his first sale in 1968 to a freshman Representative from Texas and his wife, George and Barbara Bush, and the firm has helped many hundreds in the Washington area buy and sell their houses since.
