Free Wine Tasting

Please join us to sample some world class wines at a tasting presented by Charles Gendrot. Charles is a master winemaker who has his own consulting business in which he advises winemaking clients all over the world. He is also a sales representative for Williams Corner Wine  a wine importer and distributor which specializes in natural wines made from hand-picked grapes, fermented using natural yeasts, and produced without acidification or other additives. Chales is a native of France, he is now based in Charlottesville, Virginia. Charles will be presenting the following wines:

Jean Paul Brun Terres Dorees Beaujolais Blanc - this wonderful wine is a Chardonnay from the land of Gamay.

J. Mourat Rosé Justin in time for summer - a wonderful blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Cabernet Franc, 20% Négrette from the Loire Valley

Lapierre Raisins Gaulois Beaujolais 100% Gamay from "renegade winemaker" Marcel Lapierre. This light and fruity red is a wonderful complement to spring and summer meals.

Bernard Baudry Chinon 100% Cabernet Franc from the leading Cabernet Franc producing region in the world - the Loire Vally's Chinon.
