Plans For Wisconsin Ave. Development To Be Detailed Tuesday

Glimpse the proposed project plan and ask questions of developers at an informational meeting at the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Regional Services Center.

The public will get a chance to peek at a proposal for the redevelopment of 7100 Wisconsin Avenue, the site of an and 7120 Wisconsin Avenue during a public meeting set for Tuesday evening.

A proposed plan for the site -- located on the west side of Wisconsin between Miller and Woodmont avenues -- calls for a mixed-use development with up to 145 multi-family residential units, 7,000 square feet of non-residential uses, and underground parking. 

The project would encompass more than 44,000 gross square feet, according to a public notice.

At the meeting, the community will get a chance to get a glimpse of the plans and pose their questions to developers.

The event is set for 7 p.m. Tuesday in conference room B at the It marks the second informational meeting held on the plans ahead a formal filing with the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission.
