The founders of Honest Tea hope to offer textbook lessons—actually, comic book lessons—on entrepreneurship.
Honest Tea founders Seth Goldman and Barry Nalebuff wrote "Mission in a Bottle: The Honest Guide to Doing Business Differently — and Succeeding," with the help of a New York City illustrator Sungyoon Choi, The Gazette reports.
According to Random House, the founders of Bethesda-based Honest Tea tell the story of their business in a two-color, graphic-book format.
"These are the lessons we wish we could have read before starting out," the co-founders said in a trailer on the book’s official website, MissionInABottle.net.
The book will be released Sept. 3, The Gazette reports.
Book signings are scheduled all over the country, starting with an event Sept. 3 in San Francisco, according to the book’s official homepage.
There’s also a book signing scheduled at the Bethesda Barnes & Noble, 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10.
