has closed and re-opened as Maggie’s, a restaurant that got its start in Washington, DC’s Tenleytown neighborhood in 1950, Bethesda Magazine reports.

The Cordell Avenue restaurant will continue to serve up wings, but also will feature items including New York-style pizza, sandwiches, cheese steaks and quesadillas, according to Bethesda Magazine’s Table Talk blog.

Jeff Trilling, a minority owner of Wing Hub, bought out the two other owners and is re-creating the Tenleytown pizzeria that his father, Joe, owned from 1964 to 1979. The old Maggie’s remained open until 1998, Table Talk said.
