Cresa Washington DC Negotiates 19,492-Square-Foot Headquarters Lease For The CDM Group At 7500 Old Georgetown Road In Bethesda

October 28, 2013 (Bethesda, MD) – Cresa Washington DC, a corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants and specializes in the delivery of fully integrated services, announces today that it has negotiated on behalf of The CDM Group in an 19,492-square-foot lease restructuring at 7500 Old Georgetown Road in Bethesda.

In this 10-year transaction, Cresa Washington DC Managing Principal Tom Birnbach represented The CDM Group, a minority-owned management-consulting firm that focuses on national, state, community, and individual health and well-being.

“We’re quite pleased to have completed this headquarters lease extension for The CDM Group to continue occupying the entire 9th floor at 7500 Old Georgetown Road,” Birnbach says. “After conducting a thorough search of the alternatives available in downtown Bethesda, our client decided to remain at its current location, and we negotiated a competitive deal when compared to the overall market for The CDM Group to stay at this property owned by Clark Construction Group.”
