CRESA WASHINGTON DC NEGOTIATES FOR PALEY ROTHMAN IN 29,500-SQUARE-FOOT LEASE RENEGOTIATION AT 4800 HAMPDEN LANE IN BETHESDA

In this new long-term deal, Cresa Washington DC Principals Matthew Ward and Jon Olmstead represented Paley Rothman in a restructure of its lease terms for 29,500 square feet at 4800 Hampden Lane, in Bethesda, a property owned by Spitzer Engineering, LLC.
