L.A. Fitness Lifetime Membership

I'm selling my Lifetime Membership to L.A Fitness. I bought this in 1986 with Holiday Spa, then to Bally's. It is transferable and there are NO yearly fees but a one time transfer fee of somewhere around $100.00. This is not a scam and to transfer I would have to meet anyone interested @ L.A. Fitness.
