Bethesda's Bold Bite Expanding To Union Station

Success in Bethesda prompted owners to open a Washington, DC location, the Washington Business Journal reports.

Bethesda's Bold Bite Dogs and Fries will soon open a second location in Washington, DC's Union Station, The Washington Business Journal reports.

The popular gourmet hot dog shop took over the former Ben & Jerry's space on Fairmont Avenue in 2011. The eatery was launched by Venezuelan brothers Alonso and Alvero Roche, serving up hot dogs and sausages inspired by the typical street food of Caracas. 

Shop owners last year taking their South American cuisine to the streets of Bethesda.

Good business at the Bethesda location prompted the expansion to Union Station, The Business Journal reports.

The 400-square-foot shop will be located next to Crepe Lena and the Burger King in the lower level food court.
