Michelle Obama, First Daughters Spotted In Bethesda Wednesday

Twitter was abuzz with news of the sighting.

First Lady Michelle Obama spent an afternoon with her daughters on Elm Street Aug. 3, stopping in and While no one captured a picture of the first family, Twitter was abuzz with news of the sighting.

“Michelle Obama painting pottery with her daughter today wearing a track suit in Bethesda![sic],” @Cori_Eile tweeted. “Secret service everwhere![sic]”

Malia and Sasha Obama brought some of their friends to All Fired Up, where they may have been creating gifts for President Barack Obama, who celebrates his 50th birthday Aug. 4, according to WUSA9.

“Pretty cool to see Michelle Obama just walking on sidewalk w/ her girls in downtown Bethsda,” @DanHellie tweeted.

Around the same time, President Obama ventured out of the White House as well, grabbing lunch with his staff at Good Stuff Eatery, according to NBC4.

The news certainly brought some buzz to Bethesda businesses. @Yogiberry tweeted: "What a huge honor and great pleasure to be able to serve Mrs. Michelle Obama today in Bethesda!"
