New Sushi Restaurant To Debut In Bethesda
Japanese restaurant will open at The Shops at Sumner Place early next year.
Bethesda's newest sushi restaurant, Passion Fin, is set to debut in the Shops at Sumner Place off Sangamore Road early next year.
Streetsense, a brokerage, design and development company, is bringing in Passion Fin to the shopping center, which also houses Safeway, CVS Pharmacy, Chico's and other stores as part of an effort to bring more dining to the complex.
"There's not much food in the area," said Rich Amsellem, a broker with Streetsense, who served as the leasing agent for the space. "We're just trying to bring a little more food to the center help bring some more traffic to the retailers."
