Correctional Facility Employee May Appear At Norwood Trial

Brittany Norwood, accused of killing her co-worker at Lululemon March 11, is slated for a Friday pre-trial hearing.

Update, 5:45p.m.: According to court documents examined by Patch Tuesday, a subpoena appears to require that the Montgomery County Correctional Facility employee appear at Norwood's October 24 trial, rather than at the Friday hearing.

The subpoena requests that jail call records and recordings for Brittany Norwood from March 27 onward be mailed to the State's Attorney's office.

It's unclear whether the employee is required to appear in person at the trial along with submitting the phone records.
