Police: Diabetic Driver Dies in Truck-Tree Collision
GAITHERSBURG—The driver of a pickup truck that hit a tree off of Route 108 in Gaithersburg early Sunday morning died at the scene of the collision. Read more on Gaithersburg Patch. 

Kensington Man Killed in Colorado Skiing Accident
A competition snow skier who died from hitting a tree in Aspen, CO, has been identified as David Schreitmueller, 42, of Kensington, according to news reports. Read more on Kensington Patch.

Pedestrian Struck by Vehicle in Chevy Chase Remains in Serious Condition
CHEVY CHASE—A woman walking near her home on Saratoga Avenue in Chevy Chase on Tuesday morning was struck by a minivan driven by one of her neighbors, who remained at the scene of the collision.
