You have probably guessed by now that Storytelling is my passion as well as my profession. Which is why I want to share when storytellers - especially one-of-a-kind performers from far away, are in our neighborhood giving us a chance to enjoy their performing.
When Randel McGee steps to the microphone Wednesday evening November 20th he will be Hans Christian Andersen and tell many of the tales we know and enjoy. But that is not all - he also fascinates audiences with his paper-cutting art as he tells stories.
Randel McGee, a California storyteller, is well-known in the US and internationally for his skill as a puppeteer and storyteller. In Chevy Chase he will wear his storyteller hat as he assumes the persona of the well-loved storyteller, Hans Christian Andersen.
