Help Bring the Bus to Hip-Hop Hollywood!

Imagination Stage is starting an exciting new partnership with Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS). The ultimate goal of this partnership will be to bring ALL MCPS third graders to an Imagination Stage field trip performance. We are really excited about this new initiative, as it’s an opportunity to provide these children with a fun, creative, and arts-filled field trip, but we need your help.

In the upcoming season, 3,000 MCPS third graders from Title I schools will join us for Cinderella: the Remix, a hip-hop production filled with music, dance, and girl power! This is only the first phase of our MCPS partnership. By year three, we aim to have all 11,000 MCPS third graders attending a performance at Imagination Stage.

In order to make this first phase happen, we need your help to raise $13,500 to Bring the Bus to Hip-Hop Hollywood! We are raising half of those funds – $6,750 – through Power2Give.

One day this week, instead of spending $5 on a coffee, spend that money instead on enriching a child’s life. $5 will bring one third grade student to see Cinderella: the Remix. Just $5! Learn more about our initiative and ways to support by clicking here.
