Moderator:     Louis Peck, Bethesda Magazine
Cost:  $35 / Members: $25
Program:        This will be a traditional debate where the moderator will be the only person able to ask questions during the detailed timed program.  Each candidate will be given an opportunity to have an opening statement as well as a closing statement. Each candidate will also be given an opportunity for rebuttal for each question asked.
