Bethesda Big Train Baseball Holiday Auction

Help support our 2013 Bethesda Baseball Holiday Auction, brought to you by BCC Baseball & the Bethesda Big Train! Our fundraiser will celebrate another year of BCC Baseball, as well as the Big Train's 2013 summer season. The auction will benefit our joint mission to rebuild and improve the quality of youth ballfields in Montgomery County, MD and Washington, DC.

Together and with your support of our event – to be held on the evening of Sunday November 17, 2013 at the DoubleTree Hotel in Bethesda, MD from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. – we can make a championship-caliber difference for the kids in our community! There will be great food, special guests -- including Washington Nationals Pitcher Drew Storen --, and spectacular auction items for you to do your holiday shopping!

Join us for a wonderful time while helping to improve the fields where our kids play. We ask you to please support our efforts by signing up as a sponsor here. We are collecting great meals at local restaurants, sports ticket packages, fabulous vacation getaways, fun experiences, cool sports memorabilia, and other holiday gift items valued at $50 or more to make this year's Bethesda Baseball auction a spectacular one!

Both BCC Baseball and the Bethesda Big Train are 501 (c)(3) charitable organizations and your donation will be fully tax deductible. Our federal identification # is 52 1835714. For more information please call (301) 365-1076. Since 1999, our auction event has raised over $600,000 to improve community fields where our children play. Again this year, we hope to raise $50,000 toward this mission, and your donation will help us achieve our goal! Thank you for your consideration and support.
