       MARK N. KATZ will discuss his book LEAVING WITHOUT LOSING: The War on Terror After Iraq and Afghanistan. 


       Jefferson Cafe provides a format for grassroots discussion, focusing on topics in American life and the role of the United States in the global community.  The group is limited to 15 participants so that everyone can see and hear everyone else while sitting around a table and strive for full participation.  Sponsored by the Friends of the Library, Chevy Chase Chapter
