Please join us for a free Mindfulness Practice every Wednesday morning and Friday noon, where we come together to do sitting meditation, walking meditation, to connect and to talk about how we practice mindfulness in our daily lives. We practice together in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
Each session will begin with sitting meditation and walking meditation. Then we enjoy a very short reading and group discussion.
Sitting meditation can be done on the floor or in a chair. No previous mindfulness or meditation experience necessary, no registration is required, and there is no fee to attend. Donations are joyfully accepted to support this and other similar programs.
