Mon Ami Gabi Holiday Wine Dinner

Before the holiday hustle-and-bustle begins, join Mon Ami Gabi Bethesda (7239 Woodmont Ave.) for a Holiday Wine Dinner and evening with Louis Latour wine connoisseur Andy Fruzzetti. On Monday, December 3, executive chef Andrew Fleischauer will prepare a delicious five-course meal accompanied by exquisite Louis Latour wines. The evening will begin with a reception at 6:30 p.m., where Poached Oyster with Salmon Roe, paired with Simonnet-Febvre Sparkling Rose, will take center stage. A sit-down dinner will follow, with courses including creamy Lobster Bisque and a glass of Latour Macon Villages La Chameroy (2010),followed by Pan Seared Rockfish with Celery Root Puree and Apple Cider Sauce, perfectly-paired with Latour Meursalt Blanc (2010). The third course featuring Duck Breast with Duck Confit, Roasted Kabocha Squash and Cherry Gastrique is sure to impress, and the entrée – Filet Mignon with Black Truffled Pommes Puree, Roasted Mushrooms and Bordelaise Sauce – is a definite showstopper. To end the evening on a sweet note, dessert will include Opera Cake, Traditional French Coffee and Chocolate Cake, alongside coffee, espresso, or cappuccino.
Guests are encouraged to tap into Fruzzetti’s wine expertise throughout the meal and ask questions to expand their knowledge.

Price is $65 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Space is limited and reservations are required. To purchase tickets,
