Please join us for Mindfulness Practice every Wednesday morning and Fridays at noon, where we come together to do sitting meditation, walking meditation, to connect and to talk about how we practice mindfulness in our daily lives. We practice together in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
Each session will begin with sitting meditation and walking meditation. Then we enjoy a very short reading and group discussion. After the final bell on Wednesdays we often go out for coffee, tea or bagels together.
Newcomers are welcome anytime.
No previous mindfulness or meditation experience necessary, no registration is required, and there is no fee to attend. Donations are joyfully accepted to support this and other similar programs. Sitting meditation can be done on the floor or in a chair.
