Get "Sprinkled with Cheer" at the Shops at Wisconsin Place

The Shops at Wisconsin Place will be “Sprinkled with Cheer”
on Black Friday, November 29! From noon until 4 pm, the Snow Queen will
sprinkle magic snowflakes granting holiday wishes, good old Ebenezer Scrooge
will be up to his usual antics, a stilt-walker will entertain, children can get
their faces painted, carolers will sing, and holiday jazz music will be
