LaBlast, created by Dancing with the Stars Pro, Louis Van Amstel, is a multi-level dance fitness program designed for the absolute beginner to the already experienced. Students can progress at their own rate, while enjoying dances like the Disco, Cha Cha Cha, Jive, Samba, Paso Doble, Merengue, Salsa, etc. It offers a balance between dance and fitness.
