Pilates on The Plaza @ The Shops at Wisconsin Place

Pilates on the Plaza is an outdoor Mat Pilates classes hosted by Potomac Pilates at The Shops at Wisconsin Place. A Potomac Pilates instructor will guide you through a series of core and lower body exercises followed by some stretching.  Enjoy special giveaways and prizes! Please bring your own mat!!
