Welcoming the Holidays with Ease: An Evening of Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga can be a powerful antidote to the busy pace of the holiday season. Come relieve your feelings of stress and tension with this nurturing practice. In a candle-lit room filled with soft music, you will be guided into passive yoga poses supported by blankets and other yoga props. Relaxing into this deep support, your body and mind will feel rested and restored--shifting from a doing, on-the-go mode to just being. The practice will remind you what it feels like to be calm and at ease, and it will give you tools to return to this state. Open to all levels, no yoga experience required. With Jill Minneman.
